Jeffery Deerman

 As a disciplined U.S. Army veteran and seasoned project manager with over a decade of hands-on leadership, I have successfully managed projects from the ground up. I bring a comprehensive skill set from owning my own remodeling and custom decks business, where I led all phases of residential and commercial projects, to leading heavy equipment crews on large-scale paving jobs for APAC. My experience is complemented by a background in warehouse management and founding my own B2B service platform. I excel at managing budgets, timelines, and teams while ensuring high standards of quality and client satisfaction.

I am currently completing my Bachelor of Business Administration in Project Management at Strayer University's Jack Welch Management Institute, with an expected graduation in Spring 2026, I previously earned my Associate of Business Administration. My academic work in project management, combined with over a decade of hands-on experience, gives me a strong foundation in both the theoretical and practical aspects of the field. I am on track to graduate with honors, maintaining a 3.6 GPA.
