I am Jeff Friend, an IT Director with over 22 years of extensive experience in technology management. Based in Mechanicsburg, PA, I have a robust technical expertise in project management, system implementation, network design, and technical support. My career has seen me lead IT departments at Horizon Farm Credit, Carlisle Area School District, and Windber Area School District, where I have successfully merged technologies, streamlined operations, and enhanced infrastructure. I am proficient in a wide range of technical skills, including operating systems, hardware management, and software development tools.

I hold a Master of Science in Information Systems from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Purdue University. My military training and honors have further shaped my career, providing me with a strong foundation in leadership and technical acumen. With over 22 years in IT management, I've had the opportunity to lead and optimize technology operations across diverse sectors. I've successfully deployed Microsoft Office 365 environments, improved end-user device management, and upgraded critical infrastructure. My experience also includes redesigning network infrastructures, implementing disaster recovery plans, and establishing technical training programs. Additionally, I have a strong background in managing IT operations, developing standard operating procedures, and leading network operations in both corporate and military settings. My career has been dedicated to driving efficiency, productivity, and technological advancements.
