Implemented a comprehensive network infrastructure across seven locations utilizing Ubiquity gateways, Wi-Fi, and Cisco and Ubiquity switches. The dynamic environment supports approximately 400 users, including those at Lancaster's Oak Leaf Manor North/South, York's Autumn House East/West, and Danville's Serenity Garden, Hillside Senior Living, and Vintage Knolls.

Utilized NinjaOne ticket system to remotely manage server performance, provide support for workstations and printers, and end-user requests.
Maintained uptime by performing technical oversight of both on-premises server and cloud server which included various technologies namely – Azure, Windows Server, VMWare, Hyper-V, Active Directory, Office 365, One-Drive, DNS, DHCP and group policy.
Utilized Azure and Apple Business Manager to effectively deploy Nursing applications across multiple IOS devices including Workstations, Ipods, Iphones, and Ipads.
Optimized network performance and execution of disaster recovery plans alongside their implementation, testing and upkeep.
Enforced deployment practices like versioning, patching, backups, disaster recovery and build procedures to strengthen the server environment's architecture. Scheduled necessary downtime for updates and patches in coordination with users and technical support team.
Installed and managed Ring-Central Voip phone systems at 7 sites.
