  • Maintain effective daily operations and make suggestions for process improvements
  • Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks for the Office of the President – managing extremely active calendars of appointments, and arranging complex travel plans, and itineraries
  • Perform diversified work of a technical, statistical, and administrative nature requiring sound judgment and problem solving
  • Understand the day-to-day workings of the President’s immediate sales team and subordinates to provide relevant insights to the President before internal and customer meetings
  • Provide relevant insight to the President prior to internal meetings
  • Plan, coordinate, and ensure the President schedule is followed and respected. Provide “gatekeeper” role, create win-win situations for direct access to President
  • Prioritize conflicting needs; handles matters expeditiously, proactively and follows through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures
  • Manages administrative tasks related to President’s direct reports including approval of     time-off requests time sheet approvals, reminders and expense approvals
  • Coordinates and plans extensive projects within executive level departments
  • Internal corporate communications
