Jayne Pinsky

I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) with diverse experience in sports nutrition, medical nutrition therapy (MNT), food service management, community nutrition, and wellness initiatives. I provide nutrition education and counseling to collegiate athletes at UC Berkeley, helping them enhance performance, recovery, and overall well-being. I also meet with individual clients through referrals, offering tailored nutrition guidance for various health and performance goals.

In addition, I work as a nutrition consultant for Cafe Gratitude, a Southern California-based restaurant group, where I contribute to content creation, nutrition writing, and menu review to support their wellness initiatives. My expertise includes individual and group counseling, meal planning, sports and clinical nutrition, food service operations, and community wellness programming. I am passionate about translating evidence-based nutrition into practical, accessible strategies that empower individuals and organizations to achieve their health and wellness goals.
