During my most recent position as Director of Operations for a start-up, I built the operations infrastructure from the ground up, established all processes to support sales teams, and am responsible for all financial forecasting, among many other duties that are detailed in my resume.

I understand that operational excellence necessitates both hands-on, detail oriented execution and a strategic, macro-level perspective.
