About Jassity Seangdara:
Overall I would describe myself as an extremely positive, energetic and bubbly individual. I enjoy meeting new people and exploring new places. I am very passionate when it comes to customer service. I have been in this field for 9 years and would love to gain further knowledge and experience. With that being said, I am very open when it comes to changes and new opportunity.
Experience
Once I was able to start working I found myself bouncing between multiple waitressing jobs. As a waitress, I‘ve had simple tasks that ranged from taking orders, restocking inventory or answering food-related questions from customers. To more complicated matters such as handling difficult customers, balancing the register and even running and entire restaurant while my boss was on vacation. I believe these experiences have shaped me to being more open minded and understanding that everyone’s wants and needs are never the same.
I then found myself working at a call center initially as a customer service representative and later a team manager in less than a year. My time as an agent helped me to engage directly with our clients and allowed me to provide them with all possible solutions while also being empathetic to their situations. After being promoted to a team manager, I still engaged in some customer interactions, but my duties began revolving more around my team itself. Being a team manager gave me the tools necessary to truly understand how individuals operate and what motivates them. Throughout my time at the call center, I learned how to create strategies on how to best handle each individual while creating a sense of trust whether it be a customer or fellow employee.
Education
I attended Rock Valley College initially with a major in Accounting and minor in Computer Science. Since then I am currently working towards majoring in Computer Science and furthering my education.
