About Jason Smith:

My name is Jason. I’m married with 5 daughters. I have 20+ year of experience in construction with heavy equipment. the fields I’ve worked in are septic system install, replacement, repair and maintenance; general construction, oil and gas industry and am currently in the army as  a heavy equipment operator. I’ve been in the army for 15 years and have functioned as an operator, team leader, supervisor ,and currently as a foreman/project supervisor. I have also served as operations supervisor and HR specialist.

20 plus year heavy construction equipment experience is various fields with various equipment including but not limited to dozers, loaders, scarpets, road graters, backhoes, excavators, cranes, skid steer dump trucks and more
