Jason Garwood

Upcoming CMU Graduate seeking a full-time experience design position where I can demonstrate my passion for creative technology, digital media, artistic storytelling, and experiential advocacy that creates positive social impact. I bring an atypical, trans-disciplinary approach to problem-solving that centers humans in collaborative design.

With a background in architectural thinking and strategic design consulting, I have worked on creating experiences that uplift voices and share platforms. Coupled with over four years of national-scale social campaign management, I have a strong foundation in user research, service-based advocacy, and business strategy. 

As a Carnegie Mellon Alum with a Bachelor of Architecture and an Additional Major in Human-Computer Interaction, I have found myself slithering through the disciplines of computer science, psychology, art, advocacy, and design. This rigorous education has connected me to a wealth of design strategies, tools, and frameworks that I am eager to apply within industry.
