As a Emergency Housing Customer Service Agent for the State of Vermont I am responsible for assisting individuals and families experiencing housing crises by providing accurate information about available programs and resources. I handle a high volume of inquiries, assess client eligibility for emergency housing services, and process applications efficiently. I serve as a compassionate liaison between clients and housing providers, ensuring clear communication and timely support. Additionally, I maintain detailed records of interactions and follow up to address client concerns or changes in circumstances. This role requires adherence to state regulations, exceptional problem-solving skills, and a commitment to supporting vulnerable populations with professionalism and empathy.

As a server in the Piazza at Gervasi Vineyards I was responsible for delivering exceptional dining experience to guest in an outdoor setting. I would greet guest, provide detailed information on menu offerings, and make personalized recommendations to enhance our guest dining experience. While greeting guest with the highest degree of hospitality. I would also accurately relay orders to kitchen and bar through POS System, adhere to health and safety standards, and collaborate effectively with team members in order to uphold the high-quality service standards of Gervasi Vineyard.
