Several years of experience in customer service, onboarding, staffing, clerical, call center and sales environments and 3 years of experience in insurance and warranty claims environments including claims analysis, processing, negotiations, examination, customer service, client retention and adjustment. Strong leadership experience, including recruiting, onboarding, and training new staff and development of departmental processes.
