Jaqueline Mojica

My name is Jaqueline, my family and friends call me Jacqui (pronounced Jackie), and I was born and raised in Stamford, Connecticut. Currently, I am a bakery sales associate at Palmer's Market in Darien, Connecticut, who is looking to take the skills she has learned throughout the last few years, to the next level.

These last 7+ years, up until this very moment, I have been a bakery sales associate at Palmer's Market. Though to some it may seem like all I have done is sell pastries, it has actually become much more than that. These last few years I have been able to create great relationships with daily customers, have become very detail oriented, mastered proper phone etiquette, and have enhanced my organization skills. In fact, because of my work ethic, my current, and past managers have asked me to be the one to train new employees. In total, I've trained over ten of them, and am currently training one right now.

In May of 2023 I became a graduate from the University of Connecticut, and received my bachelor's degree in Communication. During my last semester, one of my class requirements was a Public Relations course, where I learned to put together a Public Relations Kit. This kit contains a pitch, press release, social media posts, brochure, executive summary, and newsletter. Though PR is not my number one choice of work, I have learned so much about it not just in my last semester of college, but the last two years before graduating.
