Janet Holman Gillin has spent her career helping others. She has worked in child welfare, developmental disabilities, and job coaching, always focused on guiding people toward independence.

She began in child welfare, helping reunite families in Kansas. In Oklahoma, she played a key role in closing Hissom Memorial Center, ensuring residents with disabilities transitioned into community-based care. She worked closely with legal teams and service providers to build sustainable programs.

As a job coach, she helped adults with disabilities find and keep jobs. In Tennessee, she trained state employees and created one of the first online learning programs for developmental disability services.

Janet is a dedicated advocate, always working to improve lives. She is also a proud mother of five children and one stepchild, all successful in their careers. Her legacy is one of service, compassion, and lasting impact.
