I am NOT looking for Cook job now but would like to advance my caree to a Cook. Phobia-free- No fear of flying, heights, confined spaces, traveling by boat, or not seeing land.  I have just finished a (43 day) 2 month hitch with Muddy Water Dredging as a Dredge Clerk and liked the lifestyle enough to seek a similar job opening. I have assisted the Head Cook of our galley in prepping meals for workers on dredge. Ordering supplies, tracking inventory for cook and hospitality needs. I have assisted Hospitality with washing/drying/folding of workers clothes. Stripping beds for washing and cleaning various locations. Willingness to LEARN new skills to advance the whole team/project as a unit.*    Forklift Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) , 12-2019 Trained & Certified in Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations.  (EPA) waste codes, manifesting & (LDR)* Knowledge of RCRA requirements/ Regulations.* Knowledge of TSCA (PCBs) provides EPA with authority require.* Ability to QC/QA Manifesting and Entry of sensitive precise information for State and Government legal document & regulations.* Monitor and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) and metrics.*Ability to assess multiple tasks and develop a plan to complete in a timely manner.
