Jamie Minehart

I am a soon-to-be graduate of UNC Charlotte (May 2023) with a B.S.B.A in International Business. My studies include a student exchange in South Korea at Hongik University and focuses on international relations among businesses and world economies. I loved every minute of my student exchange, and while in South Korea got the opportunity to study some beginner Korean. I also studied Japanese for four semesters. Currently, I am a Program Assistant for Exchange students and a barista at Starbucks. I have a strong passion for international relations, and I greatly enjoy sharing my culture and learning about different cultures from individuals worldwide. I am a big fan of travel, animals, plants, and movies, as well as coffee and tea. I can’t wait to experience all the world has to offer.

The University of North Carolina at Charlotte's International Business major focuses on the global aspects of the business world and provides various understandings of the inner workings of international companies. My major requires the completion of classes various management, economic, financial, accounting, and marketing classes. It also requires 4 semesters of a foreign language and a study abroad. I completed 4 semesters of Japanese and a study abroad for 4 months in South Korea at Hongik University, in the Business Administration Program.
