Over 25 years' experience providing leadership and mentorship to subordinate leaders; provide mentorship for career progression and transition to post-military careers. Executed multiple support locations providing security and maintenance support for the 2004 G8 Conference. Supported hurricane relief operations in Georgia and Florida for multiple named storms from 2004 though 2020. Conducted annual exercises with and coordinated hurricane response activities with Fort Stewart Garrison, FEMA and local emergency managers. Supported Covid relief operations (2020). Chaired committees developing white papers for dissemination to NGB for the further development of training center equipment and personnel allowances. Supervised the Georgia National Guard lodging office, with over 180 beds serving students, trainees and distinguished visitors with housekeeping and amenities. Supervised 5,280 bed barracks in support of military training. O-5 (GS-13/14 equivalent) assignments include Executive Officer, 265thRegional Support Group; Chief of Logistics, Land Dominance Center; Commander, Det 2, Department of Selective Service (Joint); Chief of Plans/Operations/Training/Security, Land Dominance Center; Instructor, Joint Forces Staff College (Joint). Current O-6 assignment as the Chief of Internal Review for US Army Reserve Medical Command. Conduct review of AR 11-2 programs and inspection results; conduct investigations including EEO anti-harassment inquiries.
