James Pierce

My professional experience is best summed up as someone with a large and diverse background in Leadership, Operations, Business Development & Sales, and Training/Consulting. I a tribute my success in these areas to having a dedicated and determined mindset as well as a true Heart for people where I enjoy helping them succeed and seeing them do well. 

I have started two businesses successfully. The first in marketing and brand development while the second is a Consulting firm which has been a more recent endeavor in order to spend more time with my family.

I would have to say the crowning achievement of my career would be when I was hired as the Executive Vice President of a security firm after leaving the army in 2013 and then turning that security firm into a full service building and Facilities services provider which exploded our revenue taking us from a $25 million yr company when I began work with them all the way to a $335 million per year company in revenue when we parted ways in order for me to spend more time at home with my young daughter. 

My time at this employer was also especially important to my development as a leader because I was able to experience all sides of the business as well as hold responsibility for all aspects of the company this is also where my mentor and I meant and the amount of knowledge he imparted with me is too great for me to ever put into words and I will forever be grateful to him for everything he did for me. Additionally this is where I learned to hone my skills and really deal with high-level executives who at times can be difficult to reach unless you know the proper way of doing so and even then can sometimes be difficult to get a hold of. I found that persistence pays off and once you have made a friend they look forward to seeing you and have no reason not to fill your calls or answer your messages or take your meetings.

After graduating from high school with a 3.99 GPA and as the salutatorian of my class I went on to play Collegiate golf for a year before ultimately leaving school to join the Army upon joining the Army I finished my degree in Communications and then upon entering the workforce went and completed two more professional degrees and certifications in Human Resources as well as in business management.
