I am an experienced leader (23 yrs.) who leads by example and strives to clearly convey expectations, in order to consistently attain desired outcomes.  Practices an attitude of gratitude to motivate and empower coworkers and subordinates to feel appreciated and encouraged to thrive. I possess a high mechanical, electrical and pneumatics aptitude, coupled with a high attention to detail, attuned observation, and highly developed critical thinking skills. Recognized for displaying personal initiative, timely and accurate work, as well as an eagerness to learn, understand, and improve processes.  High aptitude to teach others, and modify training based on understanding.  Extensive background in Quality Management and working in high pace work environments that require detailed processes.  I am also fluent in both English and Spanish, so I am also able to reach a more diverse population as I strive to drive growth in all that I do.

Those with whom I have worked in the past, will say that I am honest, trust worthy, kind, and a dedicated hard worker.  At a young age I learned the value of hard work, leadership, and working as a team, all while working towards becoming an Eagle Scout.  That leadership sparked a desire to become a more effective leader and to have more reach.  I have worked in Retail in a grunt as well as leadership role, at Wal-Mart and Home Depot.  I have worked in Construction, managing pool projects, inspecting for quality and contractual adherence at each phase. Scheduling subcontractors , and even leading teams to complete the work at times. I've worked in Sales and Marketing for a Piezo Ceramic manufacturer, and other clerical work.  I've worked in Instrument Production for a Medical Device company, where I learned about lean manufacturing, work flow, and how to improve overall efficiencies while also being mindful of ergonomics and staff satisfaction.  Most recently, I have worked in a Clinic for an Addiction Recovery company.  There I learned not only how to lead the day to day better, but also how to listen to people more.  When you understand how people think, and why they react the way they do, you can better help them comply with the policies and procedures by understanding the why, whether that's because of safety or it's just the way it is.  I also learned a lot about de-escalation and how to be a more effective communicator.

*I am a high school graduate, and graduated with honors, from Cortez High School here in Phoenix. 

*I have an Associate of Science in Nursing, which I received from Fortis College.  

*I am also an active learner.  I enjoy learning new things, and also enjoy teaching others new things.  I also have a high mechanical aptitude, and am able to understand how things work easily.  I pride myself on working to research and understand things that I need to know.  Somethings I only need to know surface level data, but I also enjoy being able to understand the Engineering level of how something works, or how it accomplishes it's purpose.
