   I am a quality professional specialist of many years who desires to establish a research and development quality support group. I look forward to mentoring a tight knit group of professionals who can explore new opportunities using ISO based Quality Management Systems (QMS) leveraged off the SEI/CMMI level 3 to 5 capabilities to support logistics, reliability engineering, mission assurance, configuration management and supply chain management.  Creating a group desiring to explore and enhance their careers in Quality Technology, software and hardware integration and data transfer security.  This was the backbone for my MSQA thesis emphasizing the need to have a QMS that fits the needs of the 21st Century customer.

       As a quality specialist I support software integration qualifications, validations, verification and process certifications.  I frequently exhibit the ability to make and present risked based decisions.  I can assess product changes against product designs.   I have frequently initiated, participated and provided input to training on department/division procedures, and policies where they met contractual line item requirements.  I developed far reaching procedures to comply with corporate, division and industry standards.  By living what I mentor I provide a positive example and actively promote compliance to division, corporate and industry standards.  In doing all the above I demonstrate to each person I come in contact with  a professional working relationship with internal and external customers and support staff.

       As a Quality Professional, I desire to continue to be  involved in every stage of developmental product delivery, from design to field support to quality program management.  I exhibit critical and systemic thinking.  I have a BSc in Electronics Technology and a MSc in Quality Assurance along with training in ISO 9000 and SEI/CMMI and long term practice implementing these requirements in processes and procedures. Experienced with ITAR requirements I want to develop an effective group Mission Assurance Plan (MAP).

       Quality Assurance principles are universal and applicable to every field of endeavor. The use of TQM, Kaizen, Poke-Yoke, 6 Sigma and Lean concepts and practices can only improve quality and manufacturing performance. I take great pride in the development of metrics and measures verifying and improving processes. Where possible I look forward to embracing new, complex challenges and always being considerate of the customer’s voice.

       I have always kept in mind every task encompasses within it the effort to prevent defects, non-compliances, and escapes. Protecting the integrity of the QMS in the efforts to continuously improve products, process performance and tools usage. In that time I developed training curricula and mentored project team members to understand the push pull needs of all team members to fulfill contractual and customer desires.
