Jae’la Bates

Hello, my name is Jae'la Bates! I am 21yrs old, and I am currently working as an after school tutor for 8th graders. I am enrolled at the Merced College, and I'm majoring in Business. I graduated from Merced High School where I did cheer for 3yrs, stunt for 2yrs (I was stunt captain), I was in two clubs (culture and bsu), along with leadership.

I have experienced in both customer service and education, as a server for Thai Cuisine and an after school tutor for middle schoolers. While working at both jobs, I have developed such skill at multi-tasking with fast paced along with building positive relationships with clients. I've developed strong communication within both occupations as well with being a dependable support to my coworkers and individuals.

I am a high school graduate at Merced High school, class of 2022. I am currently enrolled at the Merced College, onto my second year, majoring in Business!
