I am currently a paralegal, office manager, and human resources manager all at the same job since 1999.  My husband and I are in the process of permanently relocating to the North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina area, and I am looking for a job where I can apply the professional skills that I have mastered over the last 26 years.

Experience

Responsible for all real estate closing transactions: Coordinate with clients, real estate agents, mortgage professionals and other attorneys regarding closings; Order title examination; Prepare Preliminary Title Opinion; Obtain title insurance binder; Clear title exceptions; Prepare HUD-1 Settlement Statement and Closing Disclosure; Prepare documents including, but not limited to, Deeds, Deeds of Trust, Promissory Notes, Amortization Schedules, Affidavits Regarding Liens, Limited Power of Attorney, General Power of Attorney, Health Care Power of Attorney, Living Will, legal descriptions, various disclosures; Confirm receipt of immediate funds; Disburse proceeds; Prepare post closing documents; Update title examination prior to recordation; Record legal documents; Prepare Final Title Opinion; Balance Trust Account in compliance with North Carolina State Bar; Prepare 1099 reports and submit to Internal Revenue Service.

Responsible for managing law office: Order office supplies; Make bank deposits; Pay office bills; Balance business banking accounts.                

Responsible for payroll: Enter data into payroll website; manage deductions.
