I am a dedicated educator and leader with a passion for fostering student success and building strong school communities. With a background in secondary education and a focus on instructional technology and leadership, I have spent over five years teaching English at Mastery Charter Lenfest, where I also serve as the 8th Grade Team Lead. I thrive on creating engaging, data-driven lessons that meet diverse learning needs while building meaningful relationships with students, families, and colleagues. Currently pursuing my Master of Education in School Leadership at Wilmington University, I am committed to continuous growth and innovation in education. Known as the "Mom teacher," I balance firm expectations with a nurturing approach, ensuring every student feels supported and empowered to reach their full potential.

I have over five years of experience in secondary education, specializing in English instruction, curriculum development, and student engagement. I hold a Bachelor of Science in History with minors in Education and Africana Studies from Rowan University. Currently, I am pursuing a Master of Education in School Leadership at Wilmington University, further strengthening my expertise in instructional leadership, curriculum development, and school administration.
