As an Operations Manager at Frito-Lay, I lead a team of 50 employees in a $200MM+ annual distribution center handling 5MM+ cases per year. I have enhanced operational performance by increasing cases per hour (CPH), improving employee productivity, and reducing overtime. I also collaborate with sales teams to resolve operational challenges and provide weekly recaps of sales adjustments for better visibility and decision-making.

In addition to my previous role, I have experience as a Student Research Assistant and an Engineering Intern. In these roles, I designed and developed modules for a lab course, conducted research on curriculum development methodologies, and engaged in various operations as a certified forklift operator. I have demonstrated proficiency in project management, inventory management, and the utilization of Warehouse Management System (WMS). I graduated with an Engineer's degree in Industrial Engineering from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
