I bring over a decade of customer service experience, which I've honed even further over the past six years at Trader Joe’s, where I developed strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills. I have a diverse background with over a decade of experience across a range of customer service and operations-focused roles. I’ve worked in fast-paced environments like Trader Joe’s and as a long-time Uber driver, where I’ve developed strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills. At the Lawrence Family Jewish Community Center, I held multiple roles—including Café Manager, Theatre Manager, Building Supervisor, and Receptionist—where I gained valuable leadership experience and learned to adapt quickly to different responsibilities while maintaining a high standard of service. Across every role, I’ve built a reputation for being dependable, hardworking, and people-focused.

I recently graduated from Felipe's Trucking School, where I earned my Class A Commercial Driver’s License. I’m also a graduate of San Diego High School (Class of 2011) and completed some college coursework, gaining valuable skills along the way.
