In my recent role as Fan Services Supervisor and Ambassador for the Tennessee Titans, I have had great success at hands-on event management, and been involved in game day aspects including creating and detailing operational strategies. I manage a team of 40 fan services team members at major events. I am a strong communicator and presenter, having led successful teams throughout my career. Other skills and experiences I have that I think are worth discussing are my role as concert tour manager for multiple China tours, including travel arrangements, creation/ordering of show merchandise, and venue contract negotiation.

Skilled people manager in non-office, live venue environment. Expert project management skills, leading multi-functional team meetings to facilitate the success of all stakeholders. Over 9 years managing and touring within the Chinese music industry, three years with the NHL and NFL.
