About Jack Sullivan:

As digital content manager, Jack provided corporate video conferencing support (WebEx, GoToMeeting, GoToWebinar, Zoom) and oversaw all live streamed events as well as created, managed, updated, and maintained various web properties and video projects (live streaming and VOD) for the National Association of Television Program Executives, a nonprofit organization.
 

JANUARY 2006 – JUNE 2008

New Media DIRECTOR, KLSX-FM, CBS RADIO Los angeles

As New Media Director, I was responsible for having designed a podcasting back office, a live streaming studio, and producing over 350 hours of online entertainment including podcasts, live streaming events & scripted reality entertainment. Under the supervision of Jack Silver, when Rob Barnett led CBS Radio's Free FM division, I helped bring scripted reality entertainment to the Internet for the first time using major L.A. talk radio icons.  I led KLSX's online presence to be a flagship example for CBS Radio, leading the division in minutes engaged online and minutes of audio streamed.

Focused study for writing for the camera, my MFA program included structure, development, playwriting, screenwriting, and teleplay writing. While working on my MFA, Jack was the TA responsible for designing the technology behind Gregory Lehane's 3-Camera and Single-Camera production workshops.

Audust 1992

B.A., Film & Video, Pennsylvania state university

Learned most aspects of production and editing with 16mm reversal film and splicing tape. Computer-assisted, non-linear editing was introduced in my senior year, as were videography and screenwriting. Jack produced 17 short films and finished his 2nd feature length screenplay to graduate in the top of his class at the end of the summer term of 1992 after being resurrected from a life-ending automobile accident.
