Jack Arnold

Grew up in NJ and graduated with a Bachelors degree in General Business Studies with a minor in Cannabis Studies. I have been in the cannabis industry since 2022, and have been studying in the cannabis field since 2018. At my current job position, i have been managing for 2 years, and have helped launch, open, and supervisor multiple hemp dispensaries in Lehigh Valley, PA.

As a supervisor at a Dispensary, I am responsible for overseeing daily operations and ensuring a high standard of customer care and compliance. I have trained and managed staff on product knowledge, sales procedures, and state regulations surrounding hemp and CBD products. I handle inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and auditing stock to maintain accurate counts and product freshness. I assist customers directly, offering personalized recommendations based on their needs while promoting education on wellness-focused cannabis alternatives. In addition, I resolve escalated customer concerns, maintained clean and welcoming store conditions, and contributed to sales strategy and merchandising to drive growth and repeat business. I have marketing experience, as well as networking experience as well. 

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in General Business Studies with a minor in Cannabis Studies, giving me a strong foundation in core business principles such as management, marketing, and strategic planning, combined with specialized knowledge of the cannabis industry. This unique educational blend allows me to approach the industry with both operational expertise and a deep understanding of compliance, consumer trends, and product applications within the hemp and cannabis space.
