I am a Certified Cardiac  monitoring technician with an experience of over 6yrs , and over  10yrs as a Patient Care Technician/EKG. I also hold a CCT certification since December 2022.

I enjoy working with patients heart rhyme which helps  to prolong and saves their lives .

Monitors Patient Cardiac rhythms remotely .
Read, Interpret and record Cardiac rhythms in the patient log.
Measures and interprets patient heart rhythms in patient records.
Answer telephone calls and communicate clearly to the RN/ Physicians.
Admit, transfer or discontinue the Patient monitoring per the Nurse's order.
Recognize and troubleshoot false alarms.
Observe, recognize abnormal rhythm, and report to the nursing staff immediately.
Verify new cardiac patients' information with the nurse.
Troubleshoots monitors with nursing staff and contact facilities Biomed if needed.
Give reports to the oncoming shift.
Clean monitoring equipment per facility policy
