As an HR analyst focused on transitioning into health informatics, I bring a unique foundation of clinical experience as a licensed Occupational Therapy Assistant combined with proven analytics capabilities developed through 7+ years in talent data and workforce analytics.

As an OTA, I spent 5+ years providing patient care across multiple healthcare settings—documenting in EHR systems, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, analyzing patient outcomes, and experiencing firsthand the daily challenges clinicians face with healthcare technology. I saw how clunky workflows slow down care delivery, how poor system design leads to documentation burden, and how the right tools can make a meaningful difference in both clinician satisfaction and patient outcomes. These experiences sparked my passion for improving healthcare through better technology.

After my clinical career, I spent 7+ years in talent acquisition and analytics, most recently as a Senior Analyst at Citi. I built executive dashboards, managed complex datasets in Excel, and translated data into actionable insights for leadership—skills that directly translate to health informatics work.

I'm now eager to apply my clinical knowledge and analytical mindset to roles in health informatics. I understand clinical workflows because I've lived them. I know how to work with data and tell stories with it. And I'm motivated to continue developing my technical skills in healthcare IT systems. I'm seeking opportunities where I can contribute my unique perspective while growing my informatics expertise, whether as a Clinical Informatics Analyst, Healthcare Data Analyst, EHR Support Specialist, or similar roles.
