a.) Independently conduct(s) technical research, develops new methods, procedures for Client Projects,
b.) Rely upon trusted Innovative and Technologically Advanced NPI | Manufacturing Methodologies to advance Project Objectives,
c.) Apply Innovative Solutions; set up ‘new precedence’ for Engineering – Manufacturing Function(s) within various Industries,
d.) Actively Introduce – Champion ‘newest technology processes’ in Industry, including: Aerospace/Aircraft, Military Services, [DoD] Commercial Companies, including Medical Device Design – Build Companies,
e.) Actively Research, promote new Technology, including R&D, Concepts of NPI/ NPD Engineering–Manufacturing Initiatives, meeting Client Objectives,
f.) Consult | Advise Clients, fellow Associates, others extensively with a high degree of reliance placed upon my extensive skills, work experience, lessons – learned, ‘out-of-box’ thinking; including Industry specific(s), [as Examples] such as explosives - gun handling safety, full scientific methodologies, various ‘fault’ mitigation, interpretations.
g.) Provide vast skills; Project – Employee Management; providing leadership, liaison, guidance, training, safety, along with over-seeing Test(ing), Maintenance, Goals, procedures for Client Co’s in Industries indicated.
h.) Engineering – Manufacturing ‘Design Specialties’; ALL Tooling, sheet-metals, exotic Composite Materials, Weldments, Die/Investment Castings – Forgings; study, implement, Applied Metallurgy, hydraulics - pneumatics, and vacuum system concept(s), plus plastic injection molded parts, sub-assemblies; ALL Tooling design–build of same.
• Full Conceptual | R&D | Planning skills - work experience; NPI Design-Build, Prototyping, Manufacturing, Tooling, Testing, Production, Product Build, fully detailed scope Manufacturing of highly–specialized equipment, machines, miniature, small, large assemblies, parts, components such as: Medical Devices, [FDA Regulated] Commercial Nuclear [DoE Regulated] including 20+ years in the Military–Commercial Aerospace, Airframe, Automotive, Semi–Conductor c-Si Wafer Processes, specialized Manufacturing Equipment, (P&ID’s) Machine Designs; AC/DC Power Transmission, 19” Rack & Panels, Electrical - Electronics, 2-D/3-D Wiring, Cabling, Harnesses, Schematics, Optic Systems, Opto-Mechanical, Electro-Optical Systems, Satellites, Missiles, Nuclear, AC-DC Power, Military Track/Wheel Vehicles, Air Force, Navy, Army, Military, Commercial Fixed, Rotor Wing, TUAV's, UAV's, Airframe, Seating, Ballistic, Anti-Ballistic, Explosives Design, Turbine Engine parts, assemblies, some CFD/ANSYS Calculations, ITAR Requirements with more skills – work experience to Offer!

Career Prof. Attending various Community Colleges: having taken Courses in Manufacturing and Engineering Design, [100 Credit hours to date, combined] Computer Operation and some Programming, M.S. Office Suite, taking Professional Courses and Certifications in many CAD Programs and related Courses, plus many dozens of work related Training(s) and dozens of years of OJT; everything from Safety Courses to Learning Collaboration and work Relationship skills.
