I'm a hard worker that is here to help improve the customer experience. I am diligent with my work and tend to have an uplifting positive attitude. I am goal-oriented with five plus years of customer service experience helping by providing product and service information and resolving product and service issues while maintaining a healthy relationship with the customer during their time of inconvenience.  

Customer Service Representative with 5+ years of work experience working both on calls and in person meeting customer needs as they were given. Personally have handled 70+ calls on a daily basis helping meet their needs and have accumulated above an 85% customer satisfaction rating. 

I have graduated high school, at Oshkosh West High, and taken one semester of IT Security, at Fox Valley Tech, but that is currently all.
