My name is Isaiah hood and I’m currently in school to be a engineer I am 21 and i love love meeting new people I would say my best skill is my competence and optimism some say I am a very kind hearted guy and Easy to talk to too. Over the past five years, I’ve built hands-on experience in manufacturing and assembly environments, starting with my role at Ashley Furniture where I operated a CNC router to precisely cut and shape wood components for furniture production, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in high-volume operations. Building on that, I transitioned to Rite-Hite, where I contributed to constructing trailer docks, handling tasks like assembling structural elements, installing mechanical systems, and maintaining safety standards on the shop floor. These positions have honed my skills in machinery operation, quality control, and teamwork, preparing me to excel in a dynamic production setting like Oil-Dri.

I am currently pursuing an Associate’s degree in Business Administration at Northeast Community College, where I maintained a 4.0 GPA last semester and am on track to graduate this spring 2026. Prior to that, I graduated high school with a strong 3.5 GPA, demonstrating consistent academic excellence and a commitment to professional growth that aligns well with opportunities in industries like Oil-Dri.
