Isabel Soto

Hello, my name is Isabel. Ive spent 3 years in shake shack, constantly elevating to see what I could become. I am a hard worker, determined, goal-orientated, strategic, and patient but i am also fun, playful, and make the most out of any situation. 

I started working at shake shack three years ago. When I started I was a team member and not too long after that I took my steps to become a trainer. I loved learning every new thing and being someone to depend on at work. A few months after that I became a cross trainer which came with more responsibilities like sending people on break, helping wit the schedule and so on. My managers valued my hard work and consistency at the job and they promoted me to ETC ( employee training coordinator). As the ETC now i would welcome all new hires, do their orientarion, set them up wit a schedule, and set them up for success!! I also held weekly meetings on saturdays for 4 consecutive weeks the new hires were hired. This meeting is to check in wit them and make sure they‘re getting their hours, their training is going good, etc.
