As a former fitness business owner and personal trainer, I believe in helping others attain a better version of themselves whether its physical or mental.

Experience

Throughout much of my life, I have been involved in various teaching roles. These have included instructing Sunday school at my local church during my high school years, substitute teaching at public schools, and guiding individuals of all ages in the proper techniques for exercise and healthier living. Possessing an array of teaching experiences, I am confident in my ability to adeptly adapt to diverse teaching and learning environments.
