Coaching and teaching athletes the game of football is my passion, and I would enjoy the opportunity to work with the athletes in your program. I am a former professional and semi professional football player with over ten years of experience. I am currently the Head Personal Trainer at IM#84 Sports, LLC- The Training Cave, a personal training facility located in Wilmington, DE. We have been successful in business for about eight years now and serve athletes from across DE, MD, and PA. I would welcome the opportunity to bring my considerable knowledge and experience to your Program. Some of my career highlights are: • Providing quality personal training to athletes that includes but not limited to strength & conditioning, speed & agility, and football position skills. I also have a Physical Therapy aide background and associated Exercise Therapy and Exercise Rehabilitation certifications that support my ability to offer year-round rehab and recovery services as well • Mentoring, encouraging and motivating athletes to do their best during practices and games • Encouraging and promoting the importance of education first and scholarship • Teaching the game of football by providing real time game situations for athletes to analyze and ensuring all athletes understand the importance of strength and conditioning based on the sport or position they play
