Services offered
I am a freelance CAD designer and master level jeweler with over 20 years of experience in the jewelry industry. I specialize in creating complex, production-ready CAD models for fine jewelry using software such as MatrixGold and Rhino. In addition to my design work, I teach CAD to students at the North Bennet Street School and offer private tutoring and technical support to novice and professional designers. My work bridges the gap between digital design and hands-on craftsmanship, ensuring that every piece I create or help others create is both beautiful and manufacturable.
Experience
Since 2006, I have owned and operated my own custom jewelry studio, working directly with clients to create highly detailed and technically advanced pieces. I bring a deep understanding of both CAD design and traditional bench techniques, which allows me to design with manufacturing in mind. I currently serve as an adjunct faculty member at the North Bennet Street School in Boston, where I teach the CAD module for the Jewelry Making & Repair program using MatrixGold. I also provide one-on-one tutoring and CAD troubleshooting support to jewelers and designers looking to expand their digital skills or solve specific production challenges
