Physician specialized in Preventive and Lifestyle Medicine with expertise in chronic disease prevention, lipidology, obesity management, nutrition, and physical performance.

Since graduating from medical school in 2015, I have cultivated diverse clinical and entrepreneurial experiences in these fields. While in residency, I earned certification as a Fitness Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and a Master's in Public Health.

Furthermore, I founded the first company dedicated to training Brazilian physicians to pursue residency and specialization in the United States, achieving hundreds of success stories. I have also built an online presence with over 50,000 combined followers across multiple platforms, using digital media to educate, inspire, and motivate the general population.

I have practice medicine in training or as attending physician since 2016, focused primarily in weight management, lifestyle medicine, exercise, and nutrition. I also had years of experience in the Emergency Department, and leading and teaching team of healthcare professionals and students.

My most relevant education includes my most recent residency in Preventive Medicine and Lifestyle Medicine, combined with a Master of Public Health at the University of Rochester. During this training, I gained a broad range of experience, including - but not limited to - research, policymaking, healthcare administration, direct patient care, and delivering regular lectures.
