As a Senior Director of E-commerce & Digital, I have extensive experience scaling multi-brand businesses and owning full P&L responsibilities, particularly during my tenure at Sisley Paris Cosmetics in New York. I progressed from E-commerce Manager to Senior Director, where I successfully increased online D2C contribution from 2% to 30% of the total business, managed a cross-functional team of seven, and oversaw complex infrastructure projects including over 27 integrations and five website launches. Prior to this, I executed SEO/SEM strategies for L'Oréal brands at Labelium and held strategic roles in Brazil as a Senior Marketing Analyst at Ralifla and a Product Development Manager at SP&B, where I oversaw global supply chains and product lifecycles from concept to launch.

I hold a Master's degree in Branding & Integrated Communications from The City College Of New York (2016-2018) , a Postgraduate degree in Strategic Management (Fashion & Branding) from SENAI CETIQT in Brazil (2013-2015) , and a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Design from PUC PR (2009-2012).
