  • Manage 3 Sanitation teams (60 employees) at 3 Noodle Manufacturing facilities Los Angeles, Commerce, and Vernon. 
  • Implemented Master Sanitation Schedule to effectively address all equipment and facility cleanliness. Actively applied daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly.
  • Manage, evaluate, and develop, performance of Sanitation staff.
  • Work closely with Production and Maintenance to plan tasks of staff to meet sanitation schedules while maximizing productivity.
  • Optimize SSOPs to achieve a higher level of effectiveness and efficiency as well as a lower environmental impact. 
  • Daily Chemistry Titration to ensure effective chemical usage. 
  • HACCP training program to identify critical steps to effectively implement Food Safety.
  • Assist with Customers Audits: Kraft, Panda Express, Twin Dragon, Fortune, Spring Home, FSA, USDA, BRC, SQF and CFS.
