My name is Houston Reed Wilson, and I’m from Monterey, Louisiana. I graduated in 2019 and completed some college coursework at LSU of Alexandria. I currently work at PetSmart as an Experience Leader and Assistant Store Leader, a role I’ve held for the past five years. During my time with PetSmart, I’ve developed strong leadership, customer service, and sales skills while helping drive store performance and team success. I’m passionate about creating positive experiences for both customers and team members, and I take pride in stepping up to lead when needed

I have over five years of experience as an Assistant Store Leader at PetSmart, where I’ve focused on driving sales, leading high-performing teams, and delivering excellent customer service across multiple departments, including salon operations. I consistently support daily store functions, coach associates, and serve as acting Store Leader when needed. Prior to this, I worked as an Assistant Store Leader at Dollar General, where I gained valuable experience in retail operations, inventory control, and team supervision in a fast-paced environment. Together, these roles have strengthened my skills in leadership, sales growth, and store performance management.

Graduated from high school in 2019 and completed two years of college coursework at Louisiana State University of Alexandria, pursuing a degree in Nursing.
