Event Supervisor who's versatile and results driven. I have over 10 years of customer service, ten years of office administration, and demonstrated ability to consistently succeed in a variety of work environments. Outstanding interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills to build strong working relationships with clients/customers, co-workers, superiors, and employers. Ability to manage in demanding and fast-paced environments along with the creativity and professionalism to coordinate exceptional events.
Experience
Most recently, I've been employed with Best Crown Management where I am a Supervisor. I provide safe and friendly environments for our fans, assist them with any needs or resources, supervise sometimes 50+ people. Escort and assist fans to seats and other common areas, scan tickets and utilize metal detectors, make quick analytical decisions, always thank fans for coming and to drive home safely. I also like to use humor in my communication with fans.
Secondly, I work independently as a tutor and contractor for Beaufort Community College. There I, Instruct students in Career Development, Microsoft Office Applications, Customer Service and Google Apps.
- Create logos, flyers, websites, and brand management projects for local businesses.
- Develop and evaluate curriculum for professional development in-house and business partners.
- Recruit local businesses to become members of the SBC and instruct classes based on their needs.
- Advice business partners on marketing/branding plans and ultimately design their brand for them.
- Invited/Served as a committee member for the Max Training Program to assist in creating a specialized program for this group of diverse individuals.
- Speak at Small Business Workshops and was this year’s “Keynote Speaker” at the 2018 Expo.
- Create surveys for students and faculty to complete, to aid in analysis of classes/programs instructed.
- Provide timely and appropriate feedback to both students and colleagues.
- Create personal marketing items such as flyers, websites, social media posts, etc. to help promote the college, SBC, customized programs, HRD classes and continuing education.
- Create reports based on data analysis/research for customized programs.
