Throughout my experience as a Medical Doctor & Clinical trial study manager I have successfully provided strong leadership and guidance for my team members while demonstrating effective and innovative solutions to complex issues that we encountered. In addition, I helped ensure that each function and operational aspect was conducted in a highly professional manner and adhered to facility standards, and my professional ethics. While conducting various hospital and clinical functions, I faced numerous challenges and obstacles which made me realize my full potential. My analytical skills, combined with my professional attitude, have allowed me to successfully overcome any obstacles and complete my work-related tasks.

During my medical career, I have gained valuable insight into health program coordination, patient needs assessment and healthcare management. All of these experiences, among many others have provided me with important opportunities to develop and enhance my leadership and collaboration skills. Crucial to my success in the medical field has been my ability to succeed in an environment where decision-making, self-motivation, a commitment to integrity and excellent communication skills are held at a premium. 

I have more than 10 years of experience in the clinical research field as a Clinical Research studies
manager at MD Anderson Cancer Center in Oncology Studies, Houston, TX, and I worked as
Senior Clinical Research Coordinator for the Nerve and Muscle Center of Texas. I was involved
in randomized and non-randomized, placebo-controlled, double-blind, and unblind studies, Phase
I, II, III, and IV protocols.
The course of my life shaped my character to achieve a professional medical personality, including
strong organizational and leadership skills, ability to prioritize and maintain confidentiality, ability
to work independently and in a team, successfully meet deadlines, and focus on detail
