Heidi Helminen

I'm a person with a wide range of strengthens talents as I have explored multiple jobs and career paths throughout my life. My primary focus however has been as a stay-at-home parent.

 I grew up on a working dairy farm and so sweat and hard labor are no strangers to me. I worked in retail for 3 years during high School at a local grocery store where I quickly learned multiple departments including cashier, deli assistant, bakery assistant and customer service. I have worked in home health care, janitorial work, oilfield laborer/quality control, I co-owned and operated a garlic farm where I was involved in every aspect of the business including but not limited to purchasing product, planting, soil regeneration, pest control, and harvest. These are all part time jobs I worked alongside my full-time job of parenting four children.  I am  a licensed massage therapist and I've had specialization training in communication and conflict mediation. 

 I am ready to go full-time in the work away from home life and I'm looking to apply the skills I have acquired along the way.

My primary skills are working with people and serving their needs in caretaker and customer service roles. I have also worked in industrial environments where I've learned to implement regulated procedures and safety protocols as well as teaching the protocols to others.
