Nebulizer treatments and equipment replacement needed and Inhalers with and without spacers, continued patient educating by nurse on proper technique and timely oral care application/rinsing to prevent or reduce thrush infections. Cough assist machine application and care, vest chest treatment machine and/or manual applied chest treatments by caregiver if no machine available or ordered. Previous Residential School Nursing (12 yrs to 18 yrs); including experience with immunization nurse training for school nurses and experience with reviewing, updating power school and school immunization records, Informing caregivers/parens of upcoming immunizations needed and/or missing and appropriate procedure for obtaining and documentation of religious exemptions. Past nusing experience with breathalyzer test administration and interpretation of results and urine drug screening with documentation of findings and notification of appropriate personal of positive results and Employment Health and TB screening and documentation. Identifying patient and/or caregiver deficits/needs of teaching and nursing instruction to assist with self care, equipment and supply usage/management and to assist in providing education for reducing infection and transmission of infection or communicable disease and reducing Increasing risking behaviors with education of practices to reduce/prevent transmission of and Prevention and reduction of suicide and/or self harming behavior, and education of possible injuries that may result from engaging in risky behaviors or making risky choices. Also, experience and training in identifying possible mental health needs and assistance obtaining continued services and/or educating of caregivers/patients of services that can be utilized for treatment and management of identified possible mental health care deficits And explanation of what and when to call or obtain emergency services. Also previous training in Think Kids Program and Safely apply physical restraints without causing injury to restrained individuals and identifying appropriate situations to administer physical restraints to prevent harm to self and/or others and utilizing recognition of and utilization of verbal reduction techniques that may prevent/reduce the need for physical restraint application.
