I am a certified instructor with more than 7 years of teaching experience. I started practicing yoga when I was 15 and found it at a time in my life where I really needed to ground and heal. I have been able to share my love for yoga with a wide range of communities and continue to find ways to integrate the teachings in my work as a public health advocate and non-profit consultant. I am excited about the opportunity to share my skills, experience and knowledge with various communities all over the world and continue learning healing modalities and growing community.
