I am a experienced Chef, kitchen manager and Saucier with over 5+ years experience cooking in the hospitality, tourism and food and beverage industry. I have plenty of front of and back of house experience. I have expertise on all stations, cost control, food preparation, hygiene and sanitary conditions within the kitchen environment, reporting, training, and scheduling.
