Harlin Bewli

Hi, my name is Harlin Bewli. I’m the founder of BalanceAbility Wellness, a growing startup dedicated to providing in-home and community-based disability services, including ABA therapy and mental health support. With a background in psychology and hands-on experience in behavioral health, I started this company to create compassionate, client-centered care that empowers individuals and families. Our mission is to make quality support more accessible—starting in the San Francisco Bay Area and expanding beyond.

I have a background in psychology with extensive experience in behavioral health, including roles as a Behavior Interventionist and Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). I’ve worked closely with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities, conducting assessments, delivering one-on-one therapy, and supporting families. I also have experience tutoring STEM students and volunteering in clinical settings through over 500+ hours at Kaiser Permanente. Currently, I’m pursuing my master’s in Counseling Psychology with a concentration in Marriage and Family Therapy (MFT) at the University of San Francisco, and I’m the founder of BalanceAbility Wellness, a startup providing in-home ABA and mental health services.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of California, Irvine. I am currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology with a concentration in Marriage and Family Therapy (MFT) at the University of San Francisco, where I’m training to become a licensed therapist while also expanding my work in behavioral health and wellness services.
