• Coordinated, supervised and controlled storage operations for 2 hubs. One with a storage capacity of 140,000 products and another with a storage capacity of 200,000 products. 

• Structured the logistics for the purchasing plan for the 2 hubs to ensure there was never an overflow of products in each warehouse. 

• Validated and tracked supplier invoice entries to guarantee national distribution of the products using different distribution models (T1 – T2 – T3 – T4) 

• Ensure storage conditions in each using the Fifo – Lifo metrics
