Sr. Compensation Analyst

Provides broad-based support for compensation programs, policies, and procedures throughout the company.

• Provide support to Scorpion’s compensation programs, policies, and procedures company-wide.

• Partner across the organization to ensure compensation programs are working effectively.

• Assist with designing and building compensation metrics, reports, and tools that aid in informing compensation decisions.

• Assess job duties for new and existing roles to determine classification as exempt or nonexempt and price jobs accordingly.

• Provide guidance to Talent Acquisition Managers on the development of job offers related to base, bonus, and equity as well as market pricing and internal equity to ensure we can attract and land top-tier talent.

• Collaborate in developing compensation program communications, employee statements, policies, meetings materials, etc.

Analyst II – Total Rewards

Provides compensation support and guidance to various global business units across multiple segments in the areas of equity and compensation, including but not limited to: annual merit and wage adjustments, salary surveys, job evaluations and incentive plan administration.

• Led processes such as merit and wage increases, mid-year reviews and annual/quarterly incentive/bonus management.

• Participated in compensation surveys; completed salary survey work via research, data retrieval, data computation and data manipulation; Analyzed results to ensure salary structure supports competitive compensation levels.

• Authorized staff promotions, reclassifications, equity adjustments, merit increases and new hire salary offers. Researched federal and state laws,rules and regulations. Liaises with Finance, Payroll and Immigration toresolve complex compensation issues. Offers strategic recommendations related to market and/or internal equity issues.

• Campus contact for Independent Contractor Agreements, andMemorandums of Understanding.

• Trained Compensation Analyst and HR Technician through one-on-onecoaching sessions on employment and recruiting initiatives, job postings, interviewing processes, job offers, salary requirements, hiring procedures, supplemental payments and LSCS policy interpretations.
