liaise closely with Nursing staff and ensure all investigation orders have been carried out and that all
medication ordered has been given. look after any patient grievances and arrange for their quick redressal
and compassionately answer all patient and relative inquiries. i am working on examination, diagnosis,
treatment & follow up of cases, direct & indirect ophthalmoscopic examination, retinoscopic examination, slit
lamp, keratometer, auto refractometer, refractive error examination & treatment by spectacles or contact lens,
flurescin angiography , OCT, OCT angiography, A& B ultrasound , pentacam, perimetry visual field, minor
ophthalmology operations, chalazion, ptd"s, ptergium, operations like cataract with phaco emulsification ,
squint, LASIK , PRK, Argon For PRP & Retinal holes Treatment and Yag laser For Iridotomy & Capsulotomy
etc. Investigative : - Visual Field (Automated) . - Ultrasound A & B scan. - Corneal Topography. - OPD for
Customized Excimer Laser Corneal treatment. - OCT & Fluorecine Angiography - Pachymetry (Ultrasonic). -
Fluorecine Angiography.
• Management Experience Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the delivery of health care services
within a department or establishment Consult with boards of directors and senior managers to maintain and
establish standards for the provision of health care services Develop evaluation systems to monitor the
